SUNDAY PAUSE: Meditation

You are invited to slow down and take a pause with Metta Sweet Edge, LCSW, MAT, CSAT-C as she leads you in an easy-to-follow relaxing and replenishing meditation. Begin, restart or build on your meditation practice along with others looking to find community and connection on a Sunday morning. Metta will explain and then guide you through a meditation using sound, visualization, breathing and focused attention to practice mindfulness and becoming present. Meditation can reduce stress, promote relaxation and enhance personal and spiritual growth.
